Privacy Policy
Short version: we collect your email only if you give it to us, we use it only to send Jungle Paws Club updates (and, if you order a Pawtrait, your receipt and download), and we never sell it.
Who we are
Jungle Paws Club (junglepawsclub.com) is a family-run brand about our four dogs, operated under Vanguard Delta. Questions? Email hello@junglepawsclub.com.
What we collect
- Your email address, if you join the Club, plus which page you signed up on and when.
- Pawtraits photos. If you make a Pawtrait, we receive the pet photo you upload. We strip all metadata (including location) before processing and decline photos that show people. We keep the cleaned photo (no metadata) alongside your finished portraits for 30 days so we can check each portrait's likeness and offer a free re-do, then delete them all.
- Anonymous visit stats. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
That's it. No accounts, no tracking pixels, and we never see your card details: Stripe handles payment.
How we use it
We use your email to send the holiday gift guide and pack updates. You can leave any time: email hello@junglepawsclub.com with "unsubscribe" and we'll delete your address.
Who else touches it
- Supabase stores the email list and Pawtraits orders and images.
- Vercel hosts the site and provides the anonymous visit stats.
- Replicate runs the AI models that check your Pawtraits photo and paint the portrait.
- Anthropic runs the AI that compares each portrait with your photo to check the likeness.
- Stripe processes Pawtraits payments.
We don't sell, rent or trade your information.
Cookies
Our site itself doesn't set tracking cookies. If you click an Amazon link, you leave our site and Amazon may set its own cookies to credit the referral. See our affiliate disclosure and Amazon's privacy notice.
Kids
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Your rights
You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@junglepawsclub.com and a human (with a dog on their lap) will reply.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
